What is the ATPRS?
The ASEAN Tourism Professional Registration System (ATPRS) is a web-based facility, designed to register and disseminate details of
certified ASEAN Tourism Professionals (ATPs). As a key component of the Mutual Recognition Arrangement on Tourism Professionals (MRA-TP),
the ATPRS serves as a job-matching platform between the industry and ATPs.
Who can use this site?
Anyone can access the public pages on the ATPRS. However, the site is designed with MRA-TP stakeholders in mind, particularly ASEAN
Tourism Professionals (ATPs), industry, master/national assessors and trainers, and National Training Organisations (including
schools/institutes), TPCBs, NTPBs, and the ASEAN Secretariat. Registered and verified users have access to full functionality for
their user type on the ATPRS.
What do I need to register?
Registration starts on the ATPRS homepage under Please create an account. Contact your national Tourism Professional Certification
Board for specific registration and account type requirements.
Do I still need a visa if I get a job via the ATPRS?
It is important to note that the recognition of skilled labour is voluntary and governed by each ASEAN Member State's domestic
regulations, laws, and policies. This includes visa and working permit requirements. For information about individual AMS requirements
please see links to the relevant bodies as per this site's Help page.
I cannot register an account or my existing account is not working properly
See the ATPRS User Guide on this site's Help page, or please contact the relevant body from the Contact page
